You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 13jl account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
13jl will never contact you by telephone, email, or any other channel to request your password or OTP. Any communication purporting to be from 13jl that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You agree to notify 13jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 13jl will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account that occurs prior to your notification to us, provided that 13jl has not been negligent in the operation of its systems.
All activity conducted through your 13jl account — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — is deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us to the contrary in accordance with this clause.
All financial transactions on the 13jl platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 13jl accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
All account balances, wager amounts, and winnings are maintained and displayed in Philippine Peso. 13jl does not apply currency conversion fees on standard PHP-denominated transactions. Any conversion costs imposed by a player's bank or payment provider are the player's sole responsibility.
Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time through the 13jl account cashier, subject to the conditions set out in this clause and the player's account being in good standing with no pending KYC verification or security review.

Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same Promotion, collusion with other players, or wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have all associated bonuses and bonus-derived winnings forfeited and may have their account suspended or terminated in accordance with Section 13.
All games offered on the 13jl platform operate using Random Number Generation (RNG) algorithms or live dealer mechanics certified by independent testing laboratories in accordance with PAGCOR's technical standards for online gaming systems. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit, scrape, frame, or create derivative works of any Platform Content without the prior written consent of 13jl.
The 13jl name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks or registered marks of 13jl. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right or licence to use any such marks.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 13jl, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Where 13jl's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it is limited to the amount deposited by the player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits 13jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 13jl makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, although 13jl undertakes reasonable technical measures to maintain platform availability and security.
13jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, on any of the following grounds:
Upon termination for cause involving fraudulent conduct or material breach, 13jl reserves the right to forfeit the account balance after providing written notice to the player's registered contact details. In all other cases of termination, any verified positive balance remaining in the player's account will be processed for return to the player's last verified payment account within a reasonable period.
You may close your 13jl account at any time by contacting support. Prior to processing account closure, 13jl may require completion of any pending KYC verification and settlement of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The 13jl platform operates under the regulatory supervision of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through 13jl's internal dispute resolution process, as follows:
For disputes that cannot be resolved through the above process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
13jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where any amendment is material — meaning it materially affects your rights or obligations under this Agreement — 13jl will provide notice of the change by publishing the revised Terms on the Platform and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. In cases of material amendments, 13jl will also use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered email address or platform notification at least fourteen (14) days prior to the amendment taking effect.
Your continued use of the 13jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13 before the amendment's effective date.
Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, reformatting, or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision — may be made without prior notice.
